Bred by H.M. The Queen 16.3hh 9 1/2" Bone MARS is registered, graded, bloodtyped and approved by C.H.A.P.S. (U.K.) and NaStA (Deceased 2006) The deep liver chestnut and white sire consistently threw coloured foals throughout his stud career. He was shown only twice — in 1989 when he won the in-hand championship at the Coloured Horse and Pony Society annual show at Stoneleigh, and in the ridden coloured horse class at Hickstead, where he was reserve champion. He went on to compete successfully in all disciplines and hunted regularly.

Then we saw a new addition to the stud..
Dora has had a very successfull showing career to date given that she is only 3 years old.
Here we are competing at the CHAPS Championships 2007. She came Second in her Class - Non native 3 year olds. She is 15.2HH out of a Welsh D mare by a private stallion called Newinskee, she is a real character around the yard and i am currently breaking her in so watch out for us in the ridden classes next year!

Newsham Diadora qualifies for the CHAPS Championships at the Scottish Regionals. She came second in the coloured 3 year old class and therefore qualified for the Championships.

Queens Soldier - Bradley Grange Stud
A sensational horse with size, bone and quality. He is very correct in conformation and a free mover, which makes him one of the most popular sires in the country today. Winner of 5 HIS super premiums, standing 3rd and 4th for the King George V champion Challenge cup and winner of the Henry Tudor fertility cup.
Trained by Henry Cecil and owned by Sheik Mohammed, Queen's Soldier has had a very successful racing career. Winning from 7f to 1 1/2 miles, being placed 2nd and 3rd in 2 listed races and winning 4 races after only 8 starts, and to his credit he beat the great Mtoto. He has a very good timeform of 108. His sire L'ENJOLEUR horse of the year in Canada at 2 and 3 years (6f to 12f) he won 15 races including 8 group wins and $546,079. He also sired many other notable stock.
Soldiers dam Little Lady Luck is also a winner and dam of 3 winners. 2nd dam Harbour Wine winner of 3 races and dam of 3 winners. 3rd dam Bourbon Mist winner of 1 race and dam of 7 winner including multi group winner Life's Magic.
Queen's Soldier is the prolific sire of numerous county winning showstock including Royal Trooper, Champion hack HOYS 2002, Royal Guardian, multiple winner Ghillies Croft whose wins include Champion L/W hunter at United Counties and Swansea County also Brigadier II who was reserve champion at Royal Cornwall, Devon County et.
